Sovell Investigative Testing and Consulting (SITC) is a third party independent testing agency that performs investigative water penetration testing, investigative air infiltration testing, quality assurance water penetration testing and quality assurance air infiltration testing of windows/doors and exterior facades. In addition, SITC also performs forensic building evaluations, investigative inspections, window and door installation audits, destructive evaluations, witness testing and evaluations, field service work on doors and windows, installation masterstm training, AAMA accredited laboratory set up, fact witness testimony and expert witness testimony. SITC personnel have worked with window and door manufacturers, law firms, insurance providers and general contractors on thousands of projects involving testing, inspections, service work and building evaluations.
